Last night I finished a book - the first book in a series -- but I don't have any of the others yet, and really want to find out what happens next! I started a new book today (I can't go long without one apparently!), but I really need to get the next few books in this series! I also realized that one of the books on my 'to be read' shelf is actually the 2nd in a series, so I need to pick up the book that comes before that one!
I think I'm going to run over to Barnes and Noble on my lunch hour. Luckily I have a coupon too! I better make a list...
I hope you don't get overtaken like I did. You know, when you walk into the book store to buy just one book, and you walk out with say...12 ;)
ReplyDeleteI escaped the store with only 4 books. That's not TOO bad! ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat did you end up getting? The rest of the series by PC Cast and Kristin Cast? I'm really looking forward to reading those!
ReplyDeleteyes, I picked up the rest of those books (I think the 5th book comes out in March!) and then the first Vampire Diaries book by LJ Smith.
ReplyDeleteCan you tell I'm hooked on young adult vampire books? haha..
I looked at the Vampire Diaries yesterday when I was at the bookstore and thought they looked really good. However, my hands were already full so I wasn't able to grab them for fear of dropping everything else. You'll have to let me know what you think of them. I can't seem to let go of this whole young adult vampire thing either...lol :)
ReplyDeleteVampire Diaries is a great series!
ReplyDeleteThis is where my Kindle gets me in trouble. I finish book 1 in a series and can't wait for book 2 so I go ahead and order it, then book 3, book 4, etc and next thing you know I just bought like 6 books in a few days.
Oh yeah, I think it would be WAY too easy for me to buy books if I had a Kindle!!
